The Drs will be happy to countersign Power of Attorney forms for patients, however these appointments will be arranged out with normal surgery times. The timing of these appointments is at the Dr discretion.
Our fee for signing Power of Attorney forms is £30 per patient or £45 per couple if seen at the same time.
