Our aim is to provide a high quality, caring service to our patient population by:
- Putting our patients at the centre of what we do

- Offering our services in a safe, supportive and suitably equipped environment
We work closely with our community nursing, health visiting and specialist teams to ensure your care is to the highest of standards. We welcome any comments or suggestions you may have.
There is help and advice on the NHS Lanarkshire website, including ‘Meet the experts’, which offers a range of services that local healthcare professionals across Lanarkshire can provide. You can go directly to the right healthcare professional for the help you need, when you need it, and you don’t have to see your GP first or face a lengthy wait in A&E. For more information, please visit https://www.nhslanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk/experts/
The NHS Inform website (www.nhsinform.scot) also provides advice on self-care and NHS24 can provide urgent health advice out-of-hours by calling 111. Your local pharmacy is your first port of call for minor ailments, which assists the practice greatly in freeing up appointments for those who need them.
Please be advised that due to Scottish Government guidelines, Kittoch Practice are still required to encourage the use of face coverings. P Please continue to call our reception team on 01355 271080 with your appointment requests and enquiries.
