    Phoned 7th October for an appointment for a flu jab.Advised no appointment necessary and to come to the surgery between 9 and 12 hours on Saturday 11th October.When I arrived at 9.10 the surgery was closed.A number of other individuals were arriving in taxis some very elderly with zimmer aid.The woman with the zimmer aid was left stranded as her taxi dropping her off had left
    I do not attend the doctor on a regular basis but this is not the first time I have been given incorrect information by the administration staff.
    My doctor is excellent but I find the admin staff lets down the practice

    We rely on our patients to keep us up to date on all aspects of the work we do. This includes comments on the things we do well and on areas where we could improve upon.
    This website was launched in July 2013 and so far we have had very positive feedback on its content.

    I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the Dr’s, Nursing and Reception staff at this surgery. I have been a patient for 48 years , from being a baby until now. I have several medical ailments that have all been treated to my satisfaction. Also they have helped me cope many years ago when my parents passed away. I have a lot of respect for all members of the team and I know that if I’m unsure about something they usually give you a prompt response. I don’t believe some members of the public appreciate how difficult a job they have and a bit more respect should be shown.

    I want to register for online . Recieved a letter with information.
    I tried to do the registration but only got as far as the part for activation code.
    It said I would recieve an email but it didnt.
    Could this be checked
