COVID 19

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY – ALL ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS ARE SUSPENDED AND ALL PATIENTS WILL BE TRIAGED (TELEPHONED) IF NECESSARY BY THE GP.

TELEPHONE TRIAGE – CLINICAL PRIORITY

If you telephone the surgery looking for an appointment, please note that you will be asked a number of questions by our trained administrative team. This is to allow us to prioritise patients on a clinical need.  You will be offered a routine telephone consultation with one of the clinicians in the practice. If the clinician feels you need to be seen face to face, they will arrange a suitable time for you to attend the surgery, however please make a note of the following guidelines for a face to face appointment:

– Please bring a face covering with you for use. If you do not have one, we will provide you with one. Upon arrive, you will be asked to sanitise your hands

– Attend the surgery alone- do not bring any members of your family, including children, unless agreed between you and the clinician

– You will be given a telephone number to call prior to entering the building to inform staff of your arrive

   – Do not arrive early: 5 minutes before your appointment time is the most appropriate, otherwise you will be asked to leave the practice and building

– Your appointment time is limited and will only deal with the urgent issue you have. Please make other arrangements if you wish to discuss other matters
